Do you restock sold-out items?

If we are able to re-order a sold-out item, a backorder notification with an expected arrival date is shown above the Shipping Information section of a product page. If you have questions, call Customer Service at 1-866-612-2226.

Can I join a waitlist for out-of-stock products?

Yes, a small selection of our products will have a waitlist form available on the product page. If it is visible, you can input your email and be notified if the item ever restocks.

Do you offer product customization or personalization?
