If your order fails to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges). Jewelry must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or within 30 days for an exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment; gift returns will receive a merchandise credit. Merchandise must be unused, in sale-able condition and in original vendor packaging. All sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned. Special orders, perishable, personalized/monogrammed and seasonal merchandise are also not returnable. For returns requiring shipping, please contact Customer Care at CustomerService@gumps.com to obtain a return authorization number and a shipping label.
