10-Point Snowflake Ornament

A little geometry, a lot of sparkle: silver and gold glass beads turn this snowflake into a dazzling bit of Christmas magic. In the Czech village of Poniklá, families have passed down the art of glass bead blowing since the 1870s; each tiny bead passes through at least six pairs of hands as it is blown over a flame, silvered, colored, cut, and finally threaded into an ornament.
