The Gump's Guarantee
At Gump’s, we value and appreciate every customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges). Jewelry must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or within 30 days for an exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment; gift returns will receive a merchandise credit. Merchandise must be unused, in sale-able condition and in original vendor packaging. All sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned. Special orders, perishable, personalized/monogrammed and seasonal merchandise are also not returnable. For returns requiring shipping, please contact Customer Care at customercare@gumps.com to obtain a return authorization number and a shipping label.
