Embellished with black diamonds, a one-of-a-kind antique shakudo plaque forms the clasp on this exceptional 8-strand twist necklace of black jade and black spinel. Developed by the samurai sword-makers for the decoration of the sword-mounts and guards, the Japanese metalworking technique of shakudo involved creating an alloy of copper and gold, inlaid with a range of colored alloys set against a black base.

Most in-stock items arrive within 7 business days. Direct-from-vendor or oversize items may have longer delivery times.  Shipping fees are calculated at check-out based on the total order value.
